Microsoft Dynamics wins CRM Magazine Market Leader Awards for Enterprise, Midmarket, Small Business and Sales Force Automation!

Our Microsoft fiscal year started in July and we’re off to an amazing start!  I am so proud to share the news that today, Microsoft Dynamics CRM was announced as the winner in four major categories of the CRM magazine Market Leader Awards:

This signals an important shift in the market as businesses are looking transform and put customer engagement strategies at the center of everything they do. Microsoft continues on an amazing trajectory in CRM with 44 consecutive quarters of double digit growth in CRM. We’re not only delivering rapid technology innovation in CRM, we’re helping our customers be more productive and better engage their customers to achieve real, measurable business results! This year’s Market Leader research shows that organizations want CRM technology that provides easy access to essential data (through the cloud, mobile devices, and a unified user interface); the ability to personalize customer experiences; and predictive and prescriptive analytics that can scour oceans of data. We couldn’t agree more!  These are critical elements of our approach to Intelligent Customer Engagement to help companies create customer experiences that are personalize, proactive and predictive.

The CRM Magazine Leader awards are based on revenue, analyst ratings for customer satisfaction, depth of functionality, company direction and five-year cost for software/maintenance. Microsoft received call outs for company direction, integration with Office 365 and PowerBI, and the ability to enhance customer engagement via multiple touch points, knowledge management capabilities, the strength of our partners, depth of functionality, customer satisfaction and cost. Our CEO, Satya Nadella, was also recognized as one of 2015’s CRM Market Influential Leaders.

The announcement today adds to our momentum, following the news of two key acquisitions for Microsoft in CRM.  Last week, we announced the acquisition of FantasySalesTeam, an innovative sales gamification platform, to help our customers increase productivity.  On July 31, we announced the acquisition ofFieldOne for Customer-centric Field Service Management extending our capabilities for service organizations to include the breadth of self, assisted and field service.  It’s an exciting time in CRM at Microsoft, and we are delighted to have you join us on this journey as we continue on our innovation in Intelligent Customer Engagement!
